Incisive Capital Management (“ICM”) manages structured credit products.

ICM was previously HVB Credit Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of UniCredit Group's Markets and Investment Banking division. HVB CA was purchased by Incisive Capital Limited in 2007.

The company is regulated as an Asset Manager by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority.

ICM is an independent asset manager whose style is one of capital preservation, while targeting superior risk-adjusted returns in structuring and managing European debt funds.

ICM currently manages a European CDO Equity Fund and also provides administration services to special purpose investment vehicles.
